Your initial FREE Consultation at our state-of-the-art clinic in Southlake typically lasts about 45 minutes. You will get your testosterone level results during the visit, and you will meet face to face with our medical staff to learn more about Testosterone Therapy and treatment options.

OUR TREATMENT PROCESS
If eligible and you sign up, we send the same blood sample to a partner lab for analysis. We review the results with you at a second visit, where medication begins. Treatment then commences with lab review and provider consutlations at Week 8, and at subsequent 3 month increments.

How many winners will be selected?
Six (6) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
What exactly does “Free TRT for a Year” include?
Up to 12 months of Testosterone Replacement Therapy, consistent with ALPHA Men’s Health’s standard clinical protocols, including Provider Consultations, Lab Work, Supplies, Medication, and any other core costs that would be consistent with treatment for Testosterone Therapy at ALPHA Men’s Health.
Do I have to be a current patient to enter?
No.
Current ALPHA patients are automatically entered
New entrants may enter by completing a free consultation
Mail-in entries are also accepted (no purchase required)
Is there really no purchase required?
Correct. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and purchasing services does not improve your chances.
What happens if I win but I’m not medically eligible for TRT?
If a winner is determined to be medically ineligible for TRT by ALPHA Men’s Health practitioners, they will receive an ALPHA Men’s Health credit to the equivalent value of 12 months of our Testosterone Therapy program, which may be used toward eligible ALPHA products and services. Medical eligiblity assessment is detetrmined by ALPHA Men’s Health Clinical Providers alone. External assessment, issues arising from medical conditions outside of the treatment scope of ALPHA Mens’ Health, and the optional declining of medical treatment do not qualify an individual to opt for the credit opposed to 12 months of treatment.
How long does the free consultation take?
Approximately 45 minutes, including:
Same-day testosterone level results
Face-to-face consultation with our medical team
Education on treatment options
When does the promotion end?
All digital entries must be received by March 31, 2026. Mailed entries must be postmarked on or before March 31, 2026 to be eligible.
Winners will be drawn and announced in April 2026.
